Dealfloor ("we", "us") provides margin governance software. This policy explains what personal information we collect through dealfloorhq.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the rights you have under the EU/UK GDPR and California law (CCPA/CPRA).

Information we collect

• Information you provide: name, work email, company, and message when you submit the contact form or subscribe.
• Usage data: pages viewed, referrer, approximate location, device and browser, collected via Google Analytics 4 only with your consent.
• Technical logs: IP address and request metadata retained briefly for security and abuse prevention.

How we use information

• Respond to inquiries and provide the product.
• Send transactional confirmations and, if you opt in, occasional updates.
• Measure and improve the Site (with consent).
• Comply with legal obligations and protect against misuse.

Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Consent for analytics and marketing; contract and legitimate interests for responding to your requests; legal obligation where applicable.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share limited data with processors that help us run the Site and product (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under contract.

California (CCPA/CPRA): right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information. To opt out of sharing for analytics/advertising cookies, choose "Reject all" in the cookie banner or use Cookie settings. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out.
