Own it, or let us run it.

Dealfloor is a one-time build, tailored to your business and quoted up front. No per-seat subscription you resent, no surprise fees. There are two ways to buy, depending on whether you want to own it outright or have it handled for you.

How we price

Clear, and quoted up front.

Because every build is tailored, we scope it with you and give you the number before any work starts. No guessing, no creep.

Where a mid-market CPQ runs $50,000 or more a year and takes months to roll out, a Dealfloor build is a fraction of that, and live in weeks.

01

Scoped to your business

Price reflects the size and complexity of your deals, not a one-size sticker. Simple build, smaller number.

02

Quoted before we start

After a short discovery call you get a clear quote up front, so you know exactly what you are committing to.

03

No surprise fees

No per-seat traps, no surprise renewals. What you agree to is what you pay.

Get a quote

Tell us about your deals, get a clear number.

A short call to understand how you sell, and we will send a quote scoped to your business. No commitment.

Most builds go live in weeks, not months.
Pricing questions

What teams usually ask

How is Dealfloor priced?
Dealfloor is priced per build, scoped to your business and quoted before we start. You'll see the full price up front, with no per-seat surprises or usage meters running in the background.
Is there a setup or implementation fee?
No separate setup fee. The build itself is the implementation – configuration of your margin logic, rate tables, and approval routing is included in the quoted price.
How long does it take to get Dealfloor running?
Most teams are live in weeks, not months. Because Dealfloor uses your existing margin logic and approval rules, setup is mostly configuration, not a rebuild.
Do we need IT to set it up?
No heavy lift. Dealfloor is configured by an admin – rate tables, margin floors, and approval routing are all settings, not code.
What happens to our existing spreadsheet and data?
Your spreadsheet logic comes with you. Dealfloor maps your current margin formulas, rate tables, and thresholds into governed configuration during onboarding, so you're not rebuilding from scratch – you're locking down what you already trust.
